Minister of Tourism Mamoloko Kubayi Ngubane
On Thursday Minister Mamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane alongside MEC of LEDET Thabo Mokone and other stakeholders visited two industrial sites in Nkowankowa situated within Greater Tzaneen Municipality, those sites are Miya Roofing and Komkor Kitchen. This initiative is part of the Tourism Recovery Plan and also to outline the Equity Fund.
At Miya Roofing they specialise in Roof Sheeting, machines being used are cutting the sheets in finer designs that of your desires, then later they paint the sheets to make them look great and amazing, yet you can still use them on their original colour below.

At Komkor Kitchens C.C we got to see different cupboards of kitchens and bedroom they make. Mr J.P said that some companies come to their factory to take the cupboards and they design their own thing. They have 21 permanent employees 8 males and 13 females in the factory.

He spoke about rejuvenescence of Tourism aswell as economy,it's importance in Townships and recited that they are planning to make Tzaneen one of the tourists attraction sides so that you can experience more of the mountanious locations in the district.

She mentioned that they want to see establishments comply with the rules and regulations of COVID-19. They don't want people to complain mostly about establishment that are not complience friendly, yet they want tourism to be of good to everyone because "word of mouth" turns to kill a-lot of establishments aswell they don't have shields and PPE yet provided to them. People must wash their hands using soap/sanitisers and other rules adherence.
The beneficiaries that came they have to go training, and it's benefiting everyone. They hope that when this initiative has started, want to show them support at all costs.
