FANIE XIPALANA ARRESTED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT
It is alleged that the suspect met the complainant and ("spanked her") petted her bums without her consent.The complainant took to social media and issued a statement of the incident subsequent followed the suspect until zone1.
Statement of Xoliswa Sibanda
She later took a video of the suspect after followed him said:
"Ke nyaka o bolele on tape o mpotse,o bolele mahlapa ona auwe oa rogang,o ba botse o bolele ka mokgwa woo o mpethileng o mpethetse gore wena o ntshwere.O a tseba gore what you did is *ucken sexual assault do you know that?Ke nyaka go tseya ke go tape,ke nyaka gore o tswe mo sefahlegong.I want to ruin your life,rena re tshabele Kae?re tshabele kae rena ma what what??Ke nyaka go tseya video ke tla go bontsha..."
The complainant when I asked her about the incident she didn't comment upon that, meanwhile on the statement that she made on social media,had a picture of a house she thought it was the resident of the suspect but unfortunately she didn't do enough research of the household of the suspect.
The family representative of the posted house that was alleged to be of Fanie's,Lesedi Ledwaba from Seshego Zone 1 line ya dishopong,also issued a statement explained being absent from home when incident happened,read the statement below:
Lesedi was asked about how her family feels about the scenario that happened infront of their household and now that they fear for their lives because of the incident this is what she said:
"We are still in great shock of what happened yesterday here.More especially because no one was home when this happened.It really confused us,whereas we knew nothing about it.We are still fearing for our lives because this issue is still going around, regardless of them finding justice.
They got the help they needed,but our household is now dragged in the mud and left there, whereas people who live there are not involved in it.I feel like it's portraying some sort of bad publicity you know, because people shared and now the is known as the perpetrators house.We are very offended,with this whole situation as it's never going to end anytime soon."
The suspect was visiting a friend when he got attacked after the post of the complainant "exposed him" to the media.

The agreement they had was that Xoliswa should re-post and clarity the fact that the suspect doesn't stay in that house.In conclusion Lesedi mentioned they never had an opportunity to chat with the suspect because he was already arrested when they came back.
The two families apologized to each other and peace was made.
Sergeant Maluleke of Seshego SAPS later this afternoon said that the suspect couldn't appear before court today due to COVID related challenges but he will appear again on Monday.Further investigations are made upon this case.
Social media was raving after the statement she made about the suspect,as people said the complainant did a good job talking about it to the public so that the suspect don't repeat it.Some were just against how the whole situation turned out at the end of the day.
